- 6 oz chicken breast that is ready for cooking,<br />
- 4 whole cremini mushrooms,<br />
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onion,<br />
- 1/8 cup of low sodium chicken broth,<br />
- 2 pinches of salt,<br />
- 1 pinch of pepper,<br />
- 1 sprig fresh thyme,<br />
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.</p>
<p><u><strong>Chicken and Wild Mushroom Fricassee &#8211; <font color="#ff6633">Recipe</font></strong></u><br />
Start preparing this course by seasoning the chicken and searing in a pan with olive oil. After that, add it in the 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius) heated oven for around 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, that is almost 74 degrees Celsius.</p>
<p>After the chicken is cooked, you should take the breast out of the pan. Place the empty pan back on heat. Now add onion and saute for 2 minutes, then add chopped cremini mushrooms.</p>
<p><em>The mushrooms</em> should be sauted for 2-3 minutes. After that season with salt and pepper and thyme. After that add chicken stock. Simmer for about 5 minutes and top over sliced chicken breast.</p>

6 ounce portion of flank steak. The meat should be fat free and ready to cook,<br />
3 tablespoons of red wine,<br />
1 sprig rosemary,<br />
1 clove crushed garlic,<br />
1 pinch salt,<br />
1 pinch pepper,<br />
2 tablespoons low sodium beef broth<br />
1 tablespoon olive oil</p>

You should start cooking the grilled flank steak, by seasoning the steak with salt and pepper. Next, you should heat up the stainless saute pan and add the olive oil. Wait a little for the oil to heat up and after approximately 60 seconds add the steak carefully in the pan. Sear until both sides are browned. It shouldn&#8217;t take more than 2-3 minutes for each side.</p>
<p>Place the pan for 8 minutes, into a 400 degrees Fahrenheit heated oven. Take the meat out of the pan. Then in the same pan add the red wine and rosemary and place the beef stock. After you checked and assured yourself that the sauce is ready, you can slice the steak and pour the sauce over the slices, as you can see in the image above.</p>
