– 6 oz chicken breast that is ready for cooking,
– 4 whole cremini mushrooms,
– 2 tablespoons of chopped onion,
– 1/8 cup of low sodium chicken broth,
– 2 pinches of salt,
– 1 pinch of pepper,
– 1 sprig fresh thyme,
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Start preparing this course by seasoning the chicken and searing in a pan with olive oil. After that, add it in the 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius) heated oven for around 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, that is almost 74 degrees Celsius.
After the chicken is cooked, you should take the breast out of the pan. Place the empty pan back on heat. Now add onion and saute for 2 minutes, then add chopped cremini mushrooms.
The mushrooms should be sauted for 2-3 minutes. After that season with salt and pepper and thyme. After that add chicken stock. Simmer for about 5 minutes and top over sliced chicken breast.
