Hot Green Tea improves Digestion

Green Tea and Digestion
Green Tea improves digestion

The Green tea was invented by the Chinese people. Most of us associate it with the Asian countries and cultures. A wide area of people are using it, daily, as a replacement for the traditional cup of coffee and also because of its great natural features which contribute to the general health. Many studies have been conducted on the green tea.
It is believed that those people drinking this tea have a higher chance of avoiding heart diseases and certain types of cancer.

One thing is certain though. The Chinese are using green tea for fixing the tired digestive systems. This drink is famous for improving and stimulating digestion. By improving digestion, the food is better handled by our stomach and the risk of adding extra kilograms is lowered. It is widely known that poor digestion leads to a chain of problems which eventually lead to excess body fat.

The green tea also alerts the nervous system. Another great quality is that the tea made from the Camellia sinensis (tea plant) can be used as an efficient aid for the circulatory system, preventing the negative side effects that might occur after eating fried steaks and other fried nourishment.

Green Tea Recipes
The green tea brewing depends on the quality of the Camellia sinensis leaves. Stronger plants (higher quality) are usually steeped at lower temperatures and for shorter period of times. An adequate brewing temperature for this type of plants range between 140°F to 150°F (60°C to 66°C) while the highest temperatures are recorded in the 180°F to 190°F (82°C to 88°C) range.

Green Tea Fact
A cup of green tea has around one third of the caffeine levels of a regular cup of coffee!

I have an apple with a pot (about 3 cups) of green tea every morning while I have my devotions. This keeps me going and feeling good.

Ashton, if you need immediate relief from constipation pick up an enema twin pack and your grocery store or Walmart. They are very inexpensive and work miracles. After that, try drinking piping hot tea or water with each meal. This has an amazing effect on digestion and some cultures have been drinking hot liquid with meals for centuries. We tend to do just the opposite in America. We have cold iced tea or a coke with a hot meal.
