The Cabbage Juice is one of the most advised natural juices out there. It contains natural salts, vitamins which consolidate the whole organism, stimulate the digestion and eliminates the toxines from our body. At the same time the cabbage juice helps in the breathing ways and is used for treating ulcer, gastritis and bronchitis.

The Carrot Juice contains a lot of iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, vitamin A which strengthens the human immunity and it also delays aging. If consumed daily this natural juice eliminates the toxic substances from the body, assures healthy skin and helps in preventing cancer.
The natural juice diet - Other Juices
The celery juice has also positive effects on the human body. It favors the elimination of the water in excess lying in our body. The radish juice is rich in etherized oils. It has a diuretic effect and it should be consumed daily combined with other natural juices. The leek juice helps cleaning the kidneys. You should combine it with other vegetable juices, especially carrot and celery juices.

Juice dieting or fasting is something I have done for over 10 years. The benefits are awesome! However, I do recommend that you educate yourself on detoxing and get a full physical before beginning.
My favorite juice to use is organic apple cider. I dilute it with half water and drink it throughout the day. It is cleansing as well as it alkalines the body.
I guess when talking about juice, people will most likely think about fruit juice. But vegetable juice can be very delicious too, you may want to mix some fruits when you blend your vegetable juice.
Vegetable juice - this is something strange. I have drunk only tomato juice =))

Muscle imbalances affect and cause a lot of postural problems and injuries. I just wanted to talk generally about them today as a lot of people left this in my comment section and trying to go through individual muscle imbalances in one post is madness…
In all honesty, this is a really strict form of dieting, but it does have lasting results. One person who backs up this claim to the hilt is Jack La Lane himself. I’m sure everyone has seen how he backs up his power juicer. Now you know how that diet helps him live like a normal person in his/her prime even when he’s in his mid-90’s! As far as the diet itself, I have carrot juice daily in lieu of breakfast. In the past, that has been my meal of choice and I used to gorge on flapjacks and eggs. Just this one change in one’s diet would literally cut over 1,000 calories in a typical day of eating (considering a diet of 2 square meals and 2 stacks with the juice). Having a good workout regimen also helps. I’m not talking about going all out a million miles a second, but staying within one’s cardio limits. For me it’s 130. Now I’m not saying that white cabbage celery, radish, leek, or an overall vegetable juice aren’t as effective because that’s not the case, but I prefer carrot juice only because of it’s strengthening of immunity. I have always believed that western medicine is the way to cure an ailment, but alternative and natural remedies are big on my list as preventing them from happening in the first place. No, I’m not saying that by following a juice diet of sorts will solve everything because that’s a fallacy, but anything to strengthen one’s immunity and delaying aging, removing toxins, and maintaining one’s level of eyesight is a true reason to have it in one’s diet.
A diet only based on juice is not something really safe; you need a decent amount of other and various nutriments to stay in good shape.
And by juice, do you mean soup or real juice/gaspacho ?
Moreover, I find drinking cabbage or carrot juice everyday pretty boring.
